Green eggs and Spam

When I picked up Laura from school, she was a bit sad because she got to school too late this morning and missed out on a fun project at school.  The teacher read the kids "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss and then they actually made it and ate it.  The teacher told me to use blue food coloring so that when it combines with the yellow yolk, it will turn green.   Wow that looks gross.  I didn't have any ham so we used Spam!  She ate the whole plate.

Ok. That would have taken me an hour to make whereas this took all of 10 minutes. I do like the spinach in the egg whites. That is better than food coloring.

Ok, the bigger concern here is that you had Spam in the house......

Senta!
Spam is a staple in my home and we grew up eating it all the time. I won't hold it against you, it's a Korean thing. It's sooo bad for you but it's soooo good. No meal is complete without Spam!

What, is there something wrong with SPAM that I should know about?
