There's supposed to be a Valentine's party all week at Laura's school. On Sunday, Laura signed most of her Valentine's cards for her classmates.
Then tonight, we made Oreo truffles. It was a bit messy but fun to make. It's from this blog.Crush the Oreo cookies.

How are they? I bet they are gooooood. Oh man. I want them now.
They are pretty good. Surprisingly, it just tastes like soft Oreos with a candy shell. You can't taste the cream cheese. I put them in the fridge so that they would be cold. They look yummy, don't they.
There will be more baking b/c I got sucked into making something for a bake sale at work for Wednesday. My bum bum is getting wider and wider. It's not good!
